- 1 tsp salt optional

Instructions
- To prepare/proof the yeast, warm the oat milk to temperature indicated on the yeast instructions and mix in the yeast with a tsp of sugar.
- In electric mixer or mixing bowl, mix all sugar, egg, and butter until fully blended.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the remaining dry ingredients together and mix.
- Pour the activated yeast milk mix into the mixer.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the mixer until everything is fully blended.
- Cover the dough mix and put aside for about 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
- Crush the berries and cheese together.
- Once the dough has risen, pour a light layer of flour on top of it and knead on a flat working surface.
- Spread the crushed berry-cheese mix onto the flattened dough, and roll the dough back into a ball with the filling inside.
- Place into the bread loaf pan and allow to rise a 2nd time for ~1 hour.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top of the loaf shows light browning.
- Remove from oven, let it cool, and enjoy!
