This (experimental) recipe is for berry and cheese lovers. Pair with with your favorite buttery spread and a cup of full-fat oatmilk, for a decadent breakfast.🫐🍞🥛

Berry & Cheese bread
A dessert-like breakfast that combines sweet bread with any berry of your choosing.

- 1 Large bread loaf pan

Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat Milk
- ⅛ cup Just Egg
- 5 oz Avacado Butter solid at room temperature
- ½ cup Sugar powdered
- 3 cup Flour bread or all purpose
- 2.5 tsp yeast instant or active
- 1 tsp salt optional
- ½ cup berries – frozen blueberry, strawberry, cranberry… pick your fav or mix n' match.
- ½ cup cheese optional. Violife and Daiya brands work great.

Instructions
- To prepare/proof the yeast, warm the oat milk to temperature indicated on the yeast instructions and mix in the yeast with a tsp of sugar.
- In electric mixer or mixing bowl, mix all sugar, egg, and butter until fully blended.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the remaining dry ingredients together and mix.
- Pour the activated yeast milk mix into the mixer.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the mixer until everything is fully blended.
- Cover the dough mix and put aside for about 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
- Crush the berries and cheese together.
- Once the dough has risen, pour a light layer of flour on top of it and knead on a flat working surface.
- Spread the crushed berry-cheese mix onto the flattened dough, and roll the dough back into a ball with the filling inside.
- Place into the bread loaf pan and allow to rise a 2nd time for ~1 hour.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top of the loaf shows light browning.
- Remove from oven, let it cool, and enjoy!
